This winter we have a unique opportunity to impact lives with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Winter Camp is back and we are excited. We can't wait to host all our campers at Camp AREV. LEADERSHIP (ZOOM) ORIENTATION: JANUARY 2026

Counselor Age Requirement:

• Juniors: 16+

• Junior High: 18+

• High School: 20+

Leader Qualifications/Responsibilities

• Be able to articulate and share the gospel message through personal testimony

• Be an active member of a local church community

• Attend pre-camp leader/staff leadership training

• Twenty-four hour supervision of campers

• Lead nightly cabin time discussion with campers

• Lead by example

• Actively engage with campers during all activities

• Demonstrate professionalism and work well with all campers and staff members

• Report any problems or needs to designated leaders and staff

• Respect and uphold all camp policies and guidelines

• Attend all leadership and staff meetings

• Mentor and engage in a relational discipleship relationship with your LIT and leadership methods

• Demonstrate ownership of our facilities
