Counselor Age Requirement:

• Juniors Camp: 16+ years old

• Junior High Camp: 18+ years old

• High School Camp: 20+ years old

Leader Qualifications/Responsibilities

Heart & Faith

• Able to articulate the Gospel clearly and share your personal testimony.

• Active member of a local church community.

• Committed to relational discipleship, mentoring LITs (Leaders in Training), and leading by example.

Leadership & Responsibility

• Provide 24-hour supervision and care for campers.

• Lead nightly cabin discussions and spiritual debriefs.

• Actively participate alongside campers in all activities and sessions.

• Attend all required pre-camp leadership trainings and staff meetings.

Character & Stewardship

• Maintain professionalism, respect camp policies, and work collaboratively with staff.

• Demonstrate good stewardship and ownership of camp facilities.

• Promptly communicate any issues or needs to camp leadership.
