The renovation and expansion of the Lodge is the result of God's promise of a harvest. In the last four years, Camp AREV has seen more Armenian youth than ever before. Young people from California and even the United States enjoy the camping ministry at Camp AREV. Thus, we have prayerfully and carefully planned and decided to start this process with the renovation and the expansion of the current lodge.
THE LODGE & FELLOWSHIP CENTER
The plans to renovate and expand the existing lodge to 5,800 sq ft (currently it is 3,700 sq ft) and to add an adjoining 1,300 sq ft activity room with vaulted ceilings, clerestory windows, with 21ft pocket doors that lead to 1,500 sq ft of outdoor patios, creating a spacious indoor/outdoor pavilion.
THE PLAN
The plans for the lodge includes the renovation and expansion of the current building from 8 to 14 rooms. Here are the major highlights this new configuration brings.

Hotel style housing, each room equipped with king size bed, private bathroom, closet and thermostat.

Occupancy increased to 68 from the current 48 people.

Flexibility to comfortably accommodate couples, families and more mature campers

Can be operated like a hotel with linen service.
