Summer Camp at Camp AREV is fun filled, spiritually driven week long camp that helps campers get out of their daily routine and experience the amazing creation while helping them worship their amazing Creator. Our aim is to make sure campers have the BEST WEEK OF THEIR LIVES, walk closely with Jesus Christ and create amazing and long lasting memories.

  • 6th-8th Grade campers

  • July14-20

  • July 18: Castaic Lake trip

  • July 20: Family Kebab Picnic 11am - 4pm (Parents plan to pick up campers at picnic)

During Junior High Summer Camp we love interacting with our campers through bible lessons, singing, various seminars with topics appropriate to their age and Armenian Christian Heritage. We also play and have FUN together. Fun time includes organized team games (afternoon and night,) individual free time activities, and "Camp Chaos" are all part of what makes camp so unique and memorable.

Haig met Jesus at an early age and grew up in the Armenian evangelical community (east coast). Camping ministry has always been close to his heart. He has been involved in youth, college, and young adult ministry as long as he can remember. His passion is to help people encounter God’s life-changing presence. He and his wife Natalie live in Glendale where he ministers among Armenians with The Navigators. In their downtime, they like to cook, read, travel, and take walks with their dog.
