Meet Our Speaker

I grew up in Honduras amidst a small Christian Palestinian community. Even though I was surrounded by Christians and attended church, it wasn’t til my junior year of high school that I understood what a personal relationship with Jesus meant. I moved to the US to attend college in Boston. I met my wife Joelle while serving as president of my campus Christian fellowship and she was vice president. Post college I moved to Beirut to do campus ministry at AUB for a year. I left that to pursue a business career in technology that’s spanned starting 2 companies, several other roles at software companies, and global travels through the Middle East, and Europe. I am the Product Manager for PepsiCo Ecommerce Division. My wife and I married in 2015 and have a 2-year-old daughter and a newborn son. I have been living in LA for the past 4 years. I serve on the Christian Education Board at UACC. I enjoy pickleball, finding new coffee shops & street tacos, cooking, hiking, reading (mostly entrepreneurship, and history of the Middle East) and learning new languages.
